has anyone can't get into the flight due to no middle initial show in the airline ticket but the id etc does show, i try to call the airline but they refuse to added a middle initial they said is fine, is it really?

I was thinking most likely Eastern Europe or Asia. Does anyone have any experiences there? I don't care what the place is like, I'm just looking for places that my dollars will go the furthest. Kind of like Bratislava in that movie "Eurotrip", even though I know that was a little exaggerated. Looking for the cheapest drinks, food, places to stay and places to party, etc.

Why is it sometimes called "Holland" but on maps it says "The Netherlands"? Then why do the people there speak "Dutch"? Shouldn't it sound like the country it's from? Even though German is called Deutche in Germany, but I'm still unsure. Any help from the Dutch people out there?

For a western girl. I don't really own the long/baggy kind of stuff, but i never wear shorts or small skirts. Are jeans and a t-shirt immodest? I want to be considerate when there, but I when people say to dress modestly, I don't understand which articles of clothing are OK and which are not. Thanks.
