hey, it's morocco not Saudia Arabia or Afghanistan!!
but it's nice to care abt others traditions and values, i respect that on you,
look, in Morocco nowadays, and especially in Casablanca, women are allowed to wear all kind of clothes, the most of moroccan girls are moredn and elegant, especially in casablanca and marrakech, they wear jeans, t-shirts, skirts, dresses....
however, there are many limits you should respect, don't wear clothes that shows a lot of your body, like veeery short skirts, very sexy stuffs, try to cover parts under your kneefs, your breast....
but in general take it easy, moroccan tolerate western clothes,
in morocco, you can see covered girls, who wear viels and hairscarfs hanging out with girls wearing jeans or short clothes...and both are respected
enjoy your stay!

There are no rules, just customs. And these customs vary. Larger cities are generally more liberal than rural areas. In Marrakech or Casablanca, for example, you will see lots of Moroccan women wearing tight jeans and showing skin.
The best rule-of-thumb you can dress by, is that Moroccans consider showing skin a lack of taste for men, and a lack of decency for women.
Wear clothes that do not reveal your skin, or clothes that emphasize the curves of your body.
Mind you, foreign women can basically wear what they like. But the downside of not sticking to local customs is that you would attract a lot of attention.
Also, ignore the whistles, hisses and remarks from men. It's nothing to do with you, but rather a habit, like spitting on the floor is.

I visited Morocco in 1998 as a missionary. We, women, were asked to cover up. Women in Morocco, at least where I went, covered up everything. It is considered immodest to show practically anything. Anyway, as long as you were clothes that aren't too tight and that cover up your body, you should be o.k. Nothing like shorts or spandex. Jeans and long or mid-calf skirts are fine. Short sleeve is o.k. too. I hope this helps.
