Where is the cheapest place to live or visit outside of USA?

Question

I was thinking most likely Eastern Europe or Asia. Does anyone have any experiences there? I don't care what the place is like, I'm just looking for places that my dollars will go the furthest. Kind of like Bratislava in that movie "Eurotrip", even though I know that was a little exaggerated. Looking for the cheapest drinks, food, places to stay and places to party, etc.

The Philippines.
I've travelled through more than 70 countries in 30 years, and there are cheaper places, but this country is cheap and very pleasant at the same time.
Internal flights and ferries,buses, taxis etc. are all very reasonable. A one hour flight in a jet is only 50 bucks as a general rule, and the ferry trip equivalent distance, around half that.
Food is cheap and hotels are plentiful, 40 usd gets you a good room, but there are clean places for as little as 10 bucks.
Beer is cheap, as are all locally produced spirits.
Fast food is everywhere unfortunately, but it's cheap and the locals love it.
The people are very friendly, normally smiling and happy, even if they have nothing, and, if you're not arrogant you'll always be welcome here.
It's also an easy flight from the west coast of america.

I recommend any non turistic place in Mexico.. like a place in the Pacific Ocean called Zipolite on the State of Oaxaca.
It´s a beach place.. kind of hippy style where you can sleep on a hammock and have beer and even be on the nude on the beach.. is friendly, cheap and safe.

Stick w. Mexico, the East Europeans would have you for breakfast, it costs to get there and more to get back if all is stolen.
