No. At least where I live. I also have a PO box and I have to go to the post office to pick up all USPS packages. (USPS is United States Parcel Service--it is not UPS)

The USPS cannot deliver packages to a PO Box unless you have a very large PO box (or a very small package). Usually they will leave a note in your box that you have a package, and you need to go to the counter during business hours to claim it.

Yes, if you have them shipped to your street address. But if you filled out the order (or whatever) with your PO Box, that's where they're going.

A problem is that the USPS takes delivery scans, correct or false, as "proof of delivery." I had a mail carrier who stole three packages, falsifying the scans,and signing the delivery receipt, himself. I had to make repeated trips to the post office,before a manager finally took action, and put a stop to the thefts. Filing a complaint is usually futile.
