There are no direct flights to Venice in any of the 2 airports in Tuscany (Pise and Florence) and also it would be not convenient
If you drive by car distance (almost all in motorway) is around 300 kms (190 miles) and it takes a 3 hours.

My suggestion is to take a train from Montecatini and you'll be in Venice after abt 4 hours (prefer trains ES=Eurostar).

If by train a few hours but by plane maybe a hour tops
