I'll be going to Portugal in 3 weeks time. I actually bought the flight ticket before doing any research (because it was so cheap!!). Now after browsing through the web, I'm getting the impression that it's a bad idea to go to Portugal during winter. Is it true about the bad weather and tourist attractions and shops are closed?? That'll be a bummer...

I am trying to network here. I have a HR background, but I am willing to work at just about anything that pays a living wage. I am a US citizen and would have to have the company that hires me to sponsor my work permit. Does anyone personally know of companies needing english speaking employees. In the Copenhagen area.

And what will Seattle look like in 20 years? Also with this new deal over the Cedar River with the Muckleshoots, will the river, the watershed, and surrounding land be turned over to the tribe? And does this start some kind of a trend where land is turned over to tribes?

Hey whats up people...i am in Iraq at the time so i have time to day dream about stuff...i told my girlfriend that i want to take her on a lil trip somewhere when i get back. I asked if she wanted to go to Mexico,Australia,Asia,Europe or even Africa...well she ends up telling me she wants to go to New York! im like WTF(in my head of course) i just want to make her happy and i dont mind going over there! what do you guys think?
