You can go to the post office or a travel agent, some stores have them too i.e. Walmart. It does not matter were you go there are all sent to the same place for approval...you can pay an extra fee to have it expediated. But still it takes atleast a week + or atleast it used to. I'd go to the post office if I were you!

Go to your local main post office it is more expensive but you can get it same day!
