go to the site below... it is a vacation site but they have a ton of hot tub spa nail places for girls like you:)

The Tubs in La Mesa is the place to go. It's showing its age somewhat, but they do have complete privacy in different sized rooms with hot tubs, saunas and showers at a very reasonable price. Google it for details.
