I'm already planning the chicago Institue of Art and the feild Museum (its a college sponsored trip) but after that I get the run of the city, any places I should see? I am on a budget do free sites or cheap sites would be best.

I will be staying in Japan for almost a whole month, I am going to need a cell phone while I am there to make calls to people I meet, make reservations and other uses, can anyone give me some information in english about cell phone rentals in Japan? companies to contact, rates, if there are any higher usage plans available, ect?

I need one for my trip to Goa as the police are cracking down apparantly - thing is i drive a scooter here on my Provisional with CBT , and want to hire a scooter or small cc motorbike out there - can i still get an International Driving License / Permit with that?
And is a IDL the same as an IDP which you can get at the Post Office??? Thanks!

This is definetly one that will have 2 sides, personally I think yes we should and do it as a country because we have too many deaths on our roads nationally, I will admit I have been done for speeding and a couple of other things by police in Tasmania and as a result of our state road toll there's talk about introducing the NZ system where if you get more than 100 points in 2 years you automatically loose your licence for 3 months, though we cant stop there we need to also get defect cars off the roads of this country, give people incentives to upgrade there cars, green stickers for defect notices which gives 28 days to fix or pink sticker, impouded for 28 days.....I like the idea but am unsure of what people with less income would think of the plan...

so my question is should Australia as a country look at adopting the New Zealand demerit points system, why or why not??

has anyone ever flown in a mini airplane? It is wicked kool!

Should I open all windows and switch off the aircon to allow 'fresh' air from outside to come in?

Should I leave the windows wind up and use the aircon?

This is confusing. Some people advise me to wind down the window partially.
