Keep in mind that Boston is much more likely than DC to get snow...although it does happen and its pretty cool!

Today the difference in temperature is only about 2 degrees Fahrenheit, but usually I would say the temperatures differ by about 5 degrees Fahrenheit.

Boston is a lot colder than Washington, because it is closer to the Ocean and further north.

If u r properly packed (from head to toe), it would be relaxing.. Smithsonians ought to keep u busy for atleast 2-3 days..Then there is the national museum of paintings..Lincon Memorial, congress library etc.. yet particularly of spending the completed week in DC, u ought to bypass to Baltimore for an afternoon besides..its merely an hour's tension away and the internal Harbour is actual cool !! wish this facilitates.
