How do you find the best deals? Try using www.kayak.com it gives you the lowest prices on 100 to 200+ sites depending on the destination and departure site. Then go 2 or 3 of the most popular sites. Expedia or Orbitz or Travelocity are best for US travel and probably travel to Europe. To Hong Kong or Japan I might still use those 3. I have a girlfriend in Bangkok and Expedia does have some packages but, they are not great. The airfares are okay. Booking directly with the air carriers directly is better. What happens is that some of the flights you book with Expedia do NOT get air miles credit. It's happened. For hotels, I use www.asiarooms.com lately. I still check around.
So most reliable? Depends on where you are going? When you are going? Even the travel columns in the newspaper suggest checking around. And going to Hotel and airlines websites. There are no stock answers. If you just rely on one, it could cost you money.
Have a good trip

I've used Expedia.com many times, usually only to look for the best deals on airfare and then book it. I haven't booked one of their packages, but they do have them.
Never had a problem with them.
