I usually drink San Mig Light when I'm in the Phils. It is a good tasting beer, inexpensive, and good intoxicating effects. It is not nearly as strong as the Red Horse, which is a little too powerful for me. It is also important to point out that even when I have drank WAY too much San Mig Light, the next day I NEVER had a hangover. Try that with some beer from other countries like OB in South Korea (when I drink 2 of those and end up with a massive headache the next day).
Is San Mig one of the world's best beers? I think it is the world's best beer for quality and price combination.

I'm not sure what the question is but San Miguel is outstanding beer!!!! I have no doubt that it would sell well in any market. I have tried many kinds of beer from throughout the world and it is by far the best.

It seems like everywhere I go in the Phil, they only have san miguel light?? Is the original san miguel still being produced? I think consumers are being ripped off by the san miguel corp for selling light beer rather than the original.

I drink 15 San Miguels every day, and should receive a prize. That's around 5500 a year, and have been doing this for 20 years. I can't remember the last time I didn't have some for one day!
I last went to a dentist in 1992, and a doctor around 20 years ago, although I had a check-up a few years ago and they said I was fine, and even when I'm stressed, my blood pressure is still around 110 over 70!
I'm the same 72 kg I was at the age of 25,I'm 48 now, and never really have a hangover.
No-one has seen me drunk, throwing up, aggressive or falling over!
So the answer to your question is:-
I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With my friend, the 2 of us consume 1 case of sm beer. that's 24 bottles in one setting. As they say in manila, "jingle lang ang pahinga". It's a great beer because my taste buds have adopted to it since the first time I drink beer. It has always been sm beer. I now weigh 85 kg in a 5'8" frame of a 49 yr old man.

I have a San Mig now and then. It has a nice taste to it. I'll have a Red Horse on occasion too.

I dont drink alcohol. Alot of Filipinos are beer drinkers. I had tried following up the liver enzymes, ultrasound of those who drink heavily and they are starting to have 2-5x the normal liver enzymes. Some are getting cirrhosis of the liver & others have fatty liver.
Drink moderately. If you splurge too much on drinking, then later on you would suffer the consequences.
