Tried the whole button thing in the front of the stock, and still didn't work. I looked at multiple pictures, including the one provided from surplusguns.com. However, on mine PAST the button and hole part there looks like a rivet piece, so that means there looks like TWO things I have to take care of, not just the pressing in of the spring metal piece. Any ideas?

The steal has a tint of black to it, but aside from that its in excellent condition, the serial numbers match, and all the parts are original.

I am think of buying a adult tricycle to help me walk my dogs long distances. I've seen some on line but they all seem pretty expensive. I don't want to buy it and then still not be able to ride a bike.

Okay, where to start...
I bought a WWII era Kar98, and am now looking to get a replacement stock for it. I took apart everything else but the thing holding me back from taking the barrel assembly out is the front bayonet lug. Instructions online say to just push the spring piece down and slide it off, but it wont budge. I noticed there was a bayonet stud further down, but when I looked at it, there was nowhere for it to move out on the other side, it looks like it was riveted in...

Is there something I'm missing? I need some illustrated step-by-step instructions but it's all writting like it's oh-so-easy. I honestly need help, because I want to use it but save the original stock.

Built in 1874. All numbers are visable except on the butt plate (heavily rusted). All serial #'s on each part match. It is missing the Cleaning Rod, Trigger Guard and the front site (although the site mount is still in place). I can send pictures if you think you might know.

I am embarressed to ask as I am an avid camper, but have never needed to use one as I have an excellent tent.
My children are doing some fall camping with Guides this weekend and on their kit list it asked for a ground sheet. They will be in tents and I am assuming that this is to go under their sleeping bag inside the tent. So can a tarp be used? I would preassemble there sleeping bags like this--Bottom to top-- tarp, waterproof foam to reduce cold and added comfort, sleepingbag with flanel sheet inside....

i recently bought a compound bow at a yardsale, i have had a recurve, wich is not as powerful as a compound, i went to shoot the compound in my yard and my mom flipped, but my compound is the kind that you can adjust the power, so i lowered the power to that of the recurve before i shot it, my mom flipped and i cant shoot it anymore, and i always shot the recurve in my yard, i tried to explain it to her, but she wouldnt listen, what do i do? i paid for it, i should be able to keep it.

I keep the gun in my store for security purposes only. The gun hasn't been used in three years. I know it is overdue for a good cleaning. If anyone knows some good websites and which products I need, I would appreciate it.

I found about 48 bullets in the bottom of a trailer I was cleaning out and took them home. No idea what kind they are, my dad said maybe .32 caliber. They are the actual bullet part that shoots out and does the damage, not just the casings. If I can't sell them, then what the heck am I supposed to do with them?
