I think she's the most overrated sports talent in the world. She makes more in endorsements than winning tournaments and I think she's a spoiled brat.

Everytime I turn on ESPN I end up having to hear about her and for the life of me, I can't understand why. She fakes injuries, refuses to join the LPGA so that she doesn't have to abide by their rules, and has absolutely no respect for the sport.

Oh yeah, as for golf, she can't even beat girls her own age like Creamer, Ochoa, or Pressel let alone win against grown men or women pro golfers.

Why does she continue to get so much attention? I know she gets offered exemptions to play in tourneys because the tourneys will make a lot of money. And the tourneys make a lot of money because people pay to see her. I guess my question should be, "Why are people in awe of her and pay so much attention to her when she can't win at anything?"

And please don't answer by saying, "Leave her alone, she's only 17." She chose to go into the spotlight, she chose to draw attention to herself by trying to play against adults, and even 17 year olds should take responsiblity for their actions.

for instance- i once shanked a ball, it hit the cart lot, and rolled into the clubhouse right through the doorway, about 50 yards off target. no lie.

After he won the 1997 Masters, he hugged his mum and dad, but had no girlfriend. I was surprised that he had no girlfriend at the time, given that he was already a multi-millionaire(Endorsements and tournament winnings).

I knew he was good friends with Mark O'Meara and that they practiced together, and I remembered the way they hugged eachother and looked at eachother at the end of the 1997 Pebble beach pro am tournament, earlier in the year, which O'Meara won by one shot from his "friend" and "practice partner" Tiger Woods.

So I started to speculate about Tigers true sexual orientation.

It's plainly obvious this 'child' cannot compete like a professional. Shooting an 86, two strokes from the 88 mark that would disqualify her from playing any LPGA round for the season, she bowed out citing a previous wrist injury.

Completely unprofessional AND nothing more than a blatant 'waa' cry baby fest. The LPGA should come down hard on this lil baby and make an example of her; our daughters look up to this cheater??? Not anymore.

And to boot, her partner lodges a complaint with the LPGA. Though it's not know what the complaint is, you can bet your sweet bippy she probably shaved some strokes and her partner caught her.

If you don't know the situation, then why not keep your trap shut!

I am a firm believer that the player, not the equipment, makes the good golfer, but recently I've started to play Titleist NXT Tour and my game seems better. My ball striking is better and my slice is reduced. Is it because the ball itself is better than what I used to play, or is it because of the gain of confidence I get because of the Titleist name on the ball?

Golf used to be an old mans sport, but now days, it's popular with all ages. I think that walking the course would be great for the body. A golfer could get much needed exercise while enjoying the game.
