Just remember that golf is all about the 6 inches between your ears...

JUST RELAX AND HAVE FUN!!

PS. A good tool that I use to relax is to toss my ball in my hand and NOT watch any of my playing partners...Less intimidation = less stress

There was a book written about this a few years ago, "The 27 Most Important Things to Remember at the Moment of Impact"

If you read this you'll be fine.

its good to be relaxed and to try to clear your mind before starting your pre-shot routine but probably the one thing that should be on your mind is visualizing your shot. you want to stay positive and confident and the best way to do so is to imagine where that ball is going from the moment you make impact. same goes w/ putting as well, u want to visualize the ball rolling into the hole at what speed and what break

Obviously relax and rid yourself of all tension. Play whatever game you have that day. If you have a slice, play the slice. The second you try to start fixing things while you're out in a round, that's when disaster strikes...again....and again.....and again.

When Charlie Brown (of the famous "Peanuts" cartoon) asked Snoopy (who was preparing to hit a shot) if there is anything special he thinks about before each shot, Snoopy replied, "Just before I swing, I think to myself...You haven't hit a good shot all day - what makes you think you're going to hit one now?"

Tee it high and picture that you are hitting another ball in front of the one that you see...This will force you to follow through higher and relase the club head.

honstly dont try to kill the ball. a ball in the middle of the fairway is alot better than behind trees in heavy ruff. just relax and hit the ball down the center of the fairway and have fun. golf is about fun.

Relax, concentrate for 10 seconds - aim small, miss small.

Keep in mind all of the trouble that is out there and just think, "oh, no don't screw this shot up".
