Is it ok to shoot with 2 hands if u can make them?

Ive been playing basketball for about 8 years or so and im 15 but ive been playing serious basketball for about 4 years, in those 4 years i would play basketball for sometimes 3,4,5 hours just playing at the gym with friends and serious playing. I got the knee problem probably about 2 years ago its been hurting everytime i play basketball and i never go to the doctor and i never wear a knee brace because it feels to me like a punk move and thats just not how i am. So now its beginning to effect the way i play i cant run as fast as i can anymore and it starts to hurt after about the first game or two that i play and now its really gettin on my nerves, and also when i just lay around the house and this can happen anytime in the day even if i didnt play basketball, when i bend my knee it cracks, then when i let it go and pops again then when i bend it again it cracks and i can do it for like the whole day and im just 15 so what do you think i should do? and what do you think is wrong?

Is it normal for a 14 year old boy not to be able to hit three pointers with form shooting i cant even it the rim with form shooting the only way i get them in or hit the rim is by chucking it what excersiese should i do to make me able to hit 3s with form shooting

Tennessee also beat Vandy (by 27). Tennessee also beat the teams you called out (Florida, Alabama, LSU, Kentucky). Yeah Vandy beat Ga Tech. Is Ga Tech better than Texas? NOPE. Is Ga Tech better than Memphis (nations longest winning streak)? NOPE. Tennessee beat both. The team can't win with this roster. They can maybe get in the playoffs as a dismal 8th seed and get trounced by Dallas or Pheonix, at best. As a T'Wolves fan I think they need to start over in the offseason and rebuild from the ground up. I hate to see KG leave, but it might be the team's only chance. They could build around Foye and McCants, and try to get rid of James, Davis, Jaric, and Hudson.

Ok I have a basketball class on tues and thurs for an hour and a half, and i always tape my big toes because they use to get blisters if i didnt. Then thursday night I went and played in the night class which is from 6-9, and when i came home my feet were blistered so bad, my second biggest toes both had blisters, then even my toes next to my pinky toes had little blisters. my big toes didnt get blistered, because i kind of have calluses on them, but even they hurt like a blister..

i didnt get blisters on my middle, or pinky toes, and not of the pads of my feet, also my heels were fine..

im wondering why i got these blisters all of a sudden? and what i can do to prevent them next time? are there any magic socks or something? i can tape them but its going to be a real pain taping every one of my toes every time i go play.

St., and Tennessee by 27, I know Vandy beat Tennessee, but it was on a last second shot and Tennessee was up by nine with a minute to play in that game. Tennessee has more wins, same amount of losses, and 6 of Tennessee's 9 losses were against teams that are ranked or have been ranked this year. Tennessee beat UGA once (play again today) and beat Miss. St. Tennessee beat 7 Top 25 teams (4 in the last six games) and Vanderbilt has beat 5. This is absurd!!!!!!!!
