Every state that I know ban females from entering male bathrooms and vice versa. The same is said about locker rooms. Yet alot of pro teams allow female reporters in male athletes locker rooms which have caused resentment by male athletes who dont want to strip naked or dress in front of these women. Also another issue if our american society is suppose to be equal, why are male reporters not allowed in male athletes locker rooms?

"10-15 minutes every other day is all it takes!

Does this vertical jump program take a toll on your legs? From my experience, training with jumpsoles made my legs so sore the next day I couldn't do a thing.

So what I am asking is, does anyone know if this program requires you to rest on the days you do not do the program, or can you still lift weights, play basketball, etc.?

Thanks a whole lot...

I think the Blazers will be better this year and probally narrowally miss the playoffs and the sonics will probally grab the 7th or 8th seed because i think Durant can come in the league and average 20 points and Green can get you about 16 a game so they will be a fast uptempo team. But overall in the future it will be the Blazers. But what does everybody think?

I am a huge Timberwolves fan and love Garnett, but honestly I want him out of MN. I want him to win a championship and also with him having the option to opt out of his contract after next year I want the wolves to get something for him. That said, any ideas on where he could end up. Phoenix, LA, ATL, Dallas, another team, or back in Minneapolis.

Without a doubt, the most valuable free agents are Mike Bibby, Grant Hill, and Chauncey Billups. Though Vince Carter may be the most talented, he cannot change the fortunes of any one team. Because there is such a shortage of true PG's in the NBA, Bibby and Billups can completely change a team. As San Antonio proved with guys like Horry, Barry, and Finley, it takes accomplished veterans to help a team get to a championship level. This is what makes a guy like Grant Hill So Valuable, especially to a team like the Dallas Mavericks, who seem complacent to dominate the regular season. Grant will provide a sense of desperation and urgency for the Mavs because he doesn't have too much time left. Agree?

Here's my opinion. With Amare Stoudemire the Phoenix Suns are the third maybe second best team in the league. With KG, though they may be better defensively, nothing else changes. Phoenix will lose offense, aggressiveness, and perhaps more importantly, a future. Phoenix is perhaps the only team in the NBA who can say they're in a position to win now and 5 or 6 years from now. Think of it logically, Amare is 8 years younger than KG, is on the upside of his career, and still has tremendous potential. KG, on the other hand, is getting older and slower, though he is the model of consistency, it has to stop soon. Bottom line is, would you trade your future, to win now? Even if you can win now.

the trade evened out to me. with the potential starting lineup being: Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Al Jefferson, Rajon Rando, and Glen Davis. With good reserves, is Boston a contender in the Atlantic division, and the Eastern Conference. In basic terms, was the trade worth it, and will it work. Will Pierce and Allen be good together.

i ask this question b/c everyone is upset by the j-rich trade, which i think the warriors benefitted from, although they traded one of my favorite warriors. But in wright, they get a player who is definetly better offensively than biedrens and is probably just as good defensively already, averaged 2 blocks a game, playing only 20 min a game.
