I am a huge Timberwolves fan and love Garnett, but honestly I want him out of MN. I want him to win a championship and also with him having the option to opt out of his contract after next year I want the wolves to get something for him. That said, any ideas on where he could end up. Phoenix, LA, ATL, Dallas, another team, or back in Minneapolis.

As a Laker fan, keeping a close monitor on Lakerland, as long as KG is still in Minnesota, there still is a small chance the dialogue may continue between Lakers/T-Wolves...and only hope for the Lakers to land KG is time....allow more time into the off-season McHale may settle for slight lesser value in return...but its a long shot...I don't think Phoenix is willing to depart Amare, however Kerr is willing to listen to many other low-ball offers...lol.
Lakers can still make a run at KG sweepstake using their draft players as a trade bait along with bynum and odom AND find third team to make it more attractive deal for Minnesota..
so we'll see what happens in the next few weeks or so...at the same time I get the feeling that when KG contacted Kobe before the draft, inquiring about if KG were to join Laker Nation whether Kobe would re-consider staying in L.A. or not and I have a feeling Kobe told KG that his position of wanting to leave the Lakers remain the same....

well I dont think KG will get moved cause the timberwolves GM is overating KG's value. the timberwolves are suppose to be in a rebuliding phase but no one will pay the price for what the timberwolves are asking. A team that might have a chance are the golden state warriors cause they got young talent and they just moved J - Rich and his 12 million dollar salary. if they do make a trade the timberwolves could get Ellis, Wright, and draft picks but im not sure what the warriors are willing to depart with. my best bet is that KG stays for 1 more year or be traded during the season. but its too soon to tell

I think he will stay in minnesota, and will opt out next year
and sign with Phoenix. Phoenix loves players who are
about the team, he is into the team aspect and is friends
with Nash. So I think no team will take him, because he
wants to come to the Suns in 1 year. I think it will be
good for him to go to the SUNs next year and win a title
with Amare and Nash, Marion probably will opt out he
has started to act like Kobe, and get a big Ego.

most likely, it's a 40-60 chance he'll get traded in the off-season, or he'll stay in MN and try for a better year. if he does get traded, for him to flourish and get the most out of his potential, i pick

Houston-where his low-post style, rebounding, defense, and range can compliment the bigger Yao, and allow a more spread out game, that gives T-Mac more distraction to score, or pass out to Battier, Alston or Head for three. With a more complete team...KG can get a title

Seattle-honestly the star-power there is rising, and so this is very unlikely to happen, but in fantasy ball, he would give a powerful veteran presence, and be the tema leader, allowing Durant to learn the game, Lewis to establish his own leadership, and the other role players to grow.

Chicago-again, the second-most perfect team out there, after PHX, in terms of completeness and potential talent (SA doesn't count since they're aging, kickass team tho), so i doubt this is even being contemplated...he'd compliment Big Ben, provide range on offense...

these are least likely, but still...

LAKERS, he will a great help on the team, and it will not as difficult for him to carry the team coz he has kobe to support him. Again lakers will be tough team to beat if this push through. Just like shaq and kobe they will become formidable duel unstoppable both inside and outside the shaded lane.

Unfortunately, I think he will still be playing .400 ball in Minnesota.
