No idea for the first question, just do things like squats. I don't think all that fancy equipment is more effective than doing things the genuine way (but definitely more expensive). 31 for a 15 year is very good. The College dunkers range from about 42 to 49. To improve just do plyometric work-outs like squats using explosive upward movements, using weights. You can also do frog jumps, running (have you ever done tire pulls?) leg raises- using your quadriceps, and calf-raises.

I agree with Hi (whoever that is) While dunking is flashy, your only 15 and still have time to dunk, especially if you're growing. If you are a basketball player, the game comes first. Unless you just want to be able to dunk. But working out and being in shape helps with any sport. However, you still need to know the skills and how to play. It's more than the physical aspect, it's the mental aspect is just as important if not more.
