Ok I have a basketball class on tues and thurs for an hour and a half, and i always tape my big toes because they use to get blisters if i didnt. Then thursday night I went and played in the night class which is from 6-9, and when i came home my feet were blistered so bad, my second biggest toes both had blisters, then even my toes next to my pinky toes had little blisters. my big toes didnt get blistered, because i kind of have calluses on them, but even they hurt like a blister..

i didnt get blisters on my middle, or pinky toes, and not of the pads of my feet, also my heels were fine..

im wondering why i got these blisters all of a sudden? and what i can do to prevent them next time? are there any magic socks or something? i can tape them but its going to be a real pain taping every one of my toes every time i go play.

thanks !!

i dont think its because my shoes are too big, i just got these new jordan "b'loyals" are they are snug, it could def be from my feet sweating a lot, my socks are usually soaked when im done, so should i just slam some foot powder in there?

ohhh make sure you where socks and make sure the shoes fit properly. If you get a blister don't peel off the skin or it will be raw leave it to heal for awhile. Maybe you should sit some classes out to get the blisters to heal properly. If you don't get them they have potential of getting infected and you won't be able to walk by then. Make sure you wear socks while playing or maybe you need thicker socks. I hope I was of some help good luck!

I wonder if your shoes are too big? your feet aren't supposed to move around so much that you can get so many blisters. I always wear two pairs of socks when I play, an ankle high sport sock and a knee high pair and that seems to help a lot. I would take a break until the blisters heal and then start it up again with 2 pairs of socks (or get new shoes)

Either your shoes are too big or your feet are sweating more than they should. Try wearing snugger socks and using some type of foot powder.to help control the sweating.
