i think having James makes the team a little bad because he wants to score too much. but i think the whole team has a very unselfish nature. a team with t-mac, kg, and arenas will not do good offensivly cus arenas is partially a bog hog and mcgrady and kg love to score. team two is also well rounded but kobe does not like nash and will not pass the ball to all those good players. just look in the past all-star game.

i would argue that team 1 has too many players who need the ball to be of use. team 3 is weak in the big man department.

having a team with 3 suns players (gotta have good team chemistry right???), a dominant scorer and one of the quickest guards in the L should prevail....i dont think there would be any problem with ball distribution or defensive assignments
