Vanderbilt lost to Wake Forest, Furman, App. St., Georgia, Miss. St., and Tennessee by 27, I know Vandy beat Tennessee, but it was on a last second shot and Tennessee was up by nine with a minute to play in that game. Tennessee has more wins, same amount of losses, and 6 of Tennessee's 9 losses were against teams that are ranked or have been ranked this year. Tennessee beat UGA once (play again today) and beat Miss. St. Tennessee beat 7 Top 25 teams (4 in the last six games) and Vanderbilt has beat 5. This is absurd!!!!!!!!

The new rankings come out every monday night so until then tennesee won't benefit from their win over florida. Don't worry though, come tuesday, they will be ranked.
Don't take too much stock into the rankings. The polls are terrible; bad teams can creep up in the rankings with an easy schedule every year. After all, Uconn and Oklahoma State were both ranked high this year. Now where are they? Take a look at the RPI, its a better indicator of talent and is actually used by the selection commitee.
Vanderbilt is a game up in the SEC standings, but don't worry b/c both teams will be ranked, and will be in the tourny.

Cuz Vandy beat Georgia Tech, Tennessee, Alabama, LSU, Florida and Kentucky when they were ranked and only two losses vs ranked teams. (#1 Florida and #8 Georgetown.)
Vandy beat #1 Florida.
There quality wins over Memphis and OK State don't look so great now.
Although they beat Vandy when they were ranked, they loss to them when they weren't.
Vanderbilt should be ranked higher than Tennessee... both should be ranked though, as well as Kentucky. The SEC is the toughest conference to play in by far.

They also beat number 1 (at the time) Florida
also knocking off big names such as Alabama, LSU, Kentucky, and Georgia Tech
they are also better then the Vols...

because tennessee sucks and vandy is my favorite team and vandy beat florida when they thot they were all bad at number one n tennessee best them at number three so vandy is better
