OSU is unquestionably overvalued, having lost to UNC, Wisconsin and a loss to Florida with the help of 26 factors. the full huge 10 as a convention is overvalued. As for underrated, i think Texas A&M merits to be a precise 5 team, or a minimum of ranked larger than Memphis (perennially overvalued). Memphis may be 13-0 interior the stinkpit it fairly is C-us of a, yet they have in simple terms one win exterior of C-us of a against a ranked team on the time (Kentucky), coupled with losses against Georgia Tech (no longer even .500 interior the ACC), unranked Tennessee, and Arizona (8-7 interior the percent10). that's previous me how a team like Memphis gets plenty love, yet a team like Nevada gets so exposure by any means. television contracts, i assume. If Memphis actually performed in a potential convention, they does no longer additionally be a .500 team, that's why they go out the journey early maximum years.

Virginia Tech is no. 2 in the ACC. they usually suck, but this year they're really good. They started off slow, but then picked up things and have definately improved. they sorta went under the radar until beating Duke when they were #5 on January 6. Everyone thought it was a fluke, but exactly one week later, they beat #1 UNC. They've also beat #22 Maryland (1/21), state-rival UVA for the first time since 1967 (2/10) and UNC AGAIN, but this time UNC was AT HOME (2/13).

UVA lost today and VT has to play Clemson. If Tech and UNC both win, they'll all be in a 3-way for first in the ACC tie.

Tennessee... they've beaten the class of the SEC (Florida, Vandy and Kentucky), and have some other impressive wins and played good games against other ranked teams, even in losses.

Their strength of schedule is way too high for them not to be ranked (I'm sure they will be Monday thought.)
