When I think of sleepers I think of either mid-major teams or power conference teams in middle of their conference.

So, that's why I'm going with Nevada, Butler or Vanderbilt/Tennessee.

Sleepers aren't necessarily underdogs, just teams that aren't on everyone's lips as potential winners. If we're going to pick an underdog with the best chance of winning, that honor goes to Appalachain State.

My personal favorite (and not because I am an alumnus) is Nevada. They have experience (making the tournament three years in a row, a sweet 16 in 2004), have a star player (Nick Fazekas), and a supporting cast (Marcellus Kemp, Ramon Sessions). Another team is Memphis. They are scary athletic, can run with anybody, and really talented. If they can stay focused and tighten up defensively, I see them making a run to the Final Four. Teams like Southern Illinois and Washington State can also make runs to the Sweet 16 or Elite 8, if they are in the right brackets.

It all depends on who gets in, but I worry about teams like Tennesse and Vanderbilt from the SEC. And even though they aren't a sleeper anymore Georgetown I feel is way underrated for the actions that are happening on the court. Those are 3 that could really screw up brakets if they get a good draw.

The Texas A&M Aggies are my sleeper p.c.. this twelve months. they have fairly performed properly this season and the team as an entire has a lot of chemistry. Led with the help of probable the main underrated component shelter in college real now, Acie regulation and shooting shelter Joseph Jones, they have between the suitable duos interior the sport. What i notice alot of communities lack now are solid component guards. They direct an offense and regulation is as polished as they arrive. beware for the Aggies.
