By far The Lakers are the most exciting team to watch in the NBA. Last year's playoffs against Phoenix basically solidified that. I've seen so many game winning shots by Lakers like Kobe, Robert Horry, Derek Fisher to even new players like Vlad Radmonovic and Sasha Vujacic. The Lakers also have Kobe Bryant who may be the most internationally recognized basketball player in the world. They also have a large number of celebrities at their games and will usually do interviews with a number of them during the games. The Lakers have a legacy of not only being a great franchise, but also putting on a great show.
The most boring would have to be any of the last place teams in the eastern conference. Teams like the Celtics and the 76ers are so far behind that you almost want them to lose every game, so they can hopefully get the first or second pick in the draft to hopefully restore their franchises.

well i guess it depends on ur taste and what u like to watch....
im sure most ppl like the suns and maybe wizzards cause of their run and gun style....maybe its the lakers, cleveland or dallas cause of the dominant superstar that play in the teams.
but u would have to say the most boring teams are the ones that put out the least points per game...or perhaps it is the Spurs. a team where their starting point gaurd has thrown just a couple ally oop passes in his career. my money on boring would have to be the spurs, bobcats or the new look sixers....at least the spurs have some all stars!!!

exciting to watch teams for this time are the teams vying for the the last 2 places for playoffs, Heat, Nets, Knicks and Magic for the East. Nuggets,Clippers, Hornets,T-wolves and Kings for the West. Boring same! They are really struggling team dont much have that identity and injury laden stars.

The Suns and the Dallas Mavericks are most exciting with their fast pace and high octane offense and San Antonio will put you to sleep.

well now...one, I get to watch Lakers games from the owners box when I get down to LA...so that is always pretty exciting... for pure entertainment its nice to watch the Suns, Mavs, or Lakers because when they play each other, other teams from the west , or the Bulls, they run, run, run...being a long time Western Conference fan I like watching fast break basketball...
