I have no qualms with Alex winning it. He clearly had a better years than Mags did, so be happy and re-joice instead of crying.

s.holmes at home against miami
d.driver at detroit
d.j. hackett at st. louis

all of them r good and i hate benching 3 of them, for sum reason i like hackett next week cuz seattle passes alot, henry might be big against the run-stuffing titans, holmes is always good, and packers spread it around which could limit drivers oportunities.

I just bought the new Nitro eero pro model snowboard and was wondering if it comes prewaxed. It probably does, because i think most snowboards do but i just want to make sure. Also, how can you tell? Or, even if it is prewaxed, should i wax it agian?

Okay I love kasey (Kahne) 2 death but...Whats with him? They way he acted at Pheonix saying he was "driving stupid" and the way he handled that interview.And this week with the security guard he needs to chill out a bit I know the racing life is stressfull but thats why they get paid the big bucks.Just everything with him always seems so negative maybe hes depressed or something else is going on. for someone with alot going 4 them he acts so unhappy.

I'm currently looking for some kind of martial art or exercise which combines spirituality (like yoga or meditation) but also gives you strength and a firm body. I'm a guy and I would like something a little more manly than yoga. Somebody told me Tai Chi was a good idea, what do you think?

I don't wager on the horses yet. However I've gotten pretty good at handicapping. I choose 2 horses on a select race, and my average is about 23-25 wins or places out of 30. However I don't know how I would put this into an effective wagering system. If I added shows then I'd probably be up about 2.

hello, i have Manitou minute 3 fork for my bike, and its an adjustable fork. however, i m not too sure how to adjust everytime. for example, when i am riding the bike, its suppose to be 130mm travel, but when i m on it it turns to like 90mm. so i want to know how to lock it to 130mm. thx :)

Grr!! Ive been sticking to exercising and working out for everday execpt either a saturday or sunday!

It consits of Sit ups, Push ups. I work on hand stands, legs muscles, i power jump, practice front flips.. all that kinda stuff. and i sometimes lift weights when i am around them.

but push ups just seem to be getting harder.

first i started out doing then 4 times each 10 a set equaling 40.

then it got harder. so i pushed it to 20 20 to get 40.

now i can hardy get to 20!?!?

am i doing something wrong?

I'm looking for a caliber that can take down a grizzly bear in 5 or 6 shots and something for concealed carry. Thinking .44 magnum is perfect. Any other ideas? I know a .45 isn't a bad option but i'm looking for something a bit bigger because there are BIG! mothers in my woods! lol

First things first... I am NOT even close to a Barry Bonds "fan". But, they are unfairly targeting him so hard its not even funny. I am a white guy and I don't even like him, but its so obvious to me and it should be to everyone else. Take a look at it this way. Mark McGuire looked terribly guilty when he faced the court. Even more so than bonds does now. So imagine this... Let's say a white NFL player is "accused" of dog fighting a few years back and noone does anything about it... but now Mike Vick gets in trouble for the same thing. What is the difference bewtween that scenario and whats happening to bonds?
