Youre overtraining yourself man, you need to give yourself time to rest. I would only do your routine every other day if not every two days. Make a plan and stick with it so that you can track your progress, dont work out with weights just because they are there. Make a plan or follow an already made plan and keep track of your progress. But you have to give your muscles time to relax man, otherwise you will get weaker because they will tell you to knock it off for a day or two. And if you dont listen to your body, you will end up hurting it, because your body will make you rest.
Remember, dont go with intensity either, any one can do alot of pushups using the momentum and force. Do them controlled and slow, this will allow you to have better gains in endurance, making it so that you can do more.

If your fingers are sore, knee pushups will likely be simply as robust as steady pushups. But be certain you're now not overworking your fingers. You have to provide no less than forty eight hours earlier than you'll be able to hit the identical muscle once more. A greater manner is to look ahead to two-three days earlier than your do your chest sporting events once more. Then begin with steady pushups..do as many as you'll be able to...then take a one million minute holiday. Then attempt to do steady pushups, should you are not able to, transfer to knee pushups. This will aid you're employed your chest muscle tissue to failure.

Like they say, over training. Either that or maybe you're not breathing correctly. I remember some of my friends complaining about having a hard time doing push ups back during our Compulsory Military Training back in the 80s and I noticed it was because they were holding their breath the whole time instead of inhaling and exhaling alternately while pushing up. Try to time your breathing and inhale as you go down and exhale as you push up, it worked wonders for my friends back then, hope this helps.

A drastic decrease in strength is a classic sign of overtraining.
But I have to agree with the others… unless you are doing other arm/shoulder focused exercises what you are doing doesn’t seem to be enough to cause overtraining symptoms.
So,
How is your Diet?
Plenty of Proteins, enough calories, enough iron?
Are you drinking plenty of water?
Dehydration, poor diet, with what would normally be a solid work out schedule can spell disaster for your body.

Your not over training. I was doing anywhere from 500 to 750 pushups every other night along with several other excersises and I wasnt over trained. Keep varying the way you do them (hand placement, foot placement, clapping, ect) to keep everything fresh. make sure your eating right and you shouldnt have any problems doing more.

WAT his training isnt even that harsh keep doing that but stretch before and after. You are slowly building more mass so it gets harder but you need to push yourself on this every week increase your reps by 1 or 2 and you will keep increasing. Try different kinds of push ups too if you cant do it in that area try a wider arm spread or a closer one they work different muscles but yeah its all in your head push your self to achieve. ( I love push ups :D)

yeah your over training you have to build up to that. cause right now your breaking down the muscles faster than they can rebuild themselves.
