My roommate and I both have some boxing/kickboxing experience and would like to set up a boxing area in our home gym.

What would be a good punching bag?

Also, I'm looking for new gloves. What would be some good gloves to buy? (I'm relatively petite. Does that change which size/weight I should buy?)

They just beat a great defensive team and ranked 8th Virginia Tech by a score of 14-10.

...A couple of friends of mine went to a Nascar race and got a "cheap" motel. We paid $30 dollars for the room ($10 a person).

...Turns out we paid $5 too much for the motel room so the manager decided to have the cashier brings us a $5 refund back. On the way back to the room he thought about it a realized that he could not split $5 between 3 people and it come out to be equal so he kept $2 and gave each of us a dollar back.

...So instead of paying $10 a piece for a room we now had paid $9 a piece for the room, which was even better. So all together we paid $27 for the room because 3 x 9 = 27.

If we paid $27 for the room and
the cashier kept $2 then
that accounts for only $29

There is still $1 unaccounter for....
What happened to the other dollar?

I'm looking to buy a touring bike and all the bikes I've found cost so much, some over 500 or more.

Maybe it's just the city I'm in or I should get a used one.

Those last 2 minutes were amazing and I frankly don't think that any defense in the nation could have stopped Matt Ryan on those two drives. With their easy schedule, it's rather obvious that they're going to end their season probably as the only undefeated team in the nation. So the only question is, is this team good enough to win the National Championship? I definitely think so.

I have been playing golf occasionally for two years now, shooting around 90-100 for 18 holes on a regulation course.

Currently I have a pretty good Mizuno driver, of which i can hit pretty well. But my irons are really old, an ancient brand of Dunlop that just sucks. Sometimes I slice it due to my baseball-like swing, but overall I can hit it pretty accurately, with 8 iron of about 150, 7 iron 165, etc.

Also I need new wedges as well, please suggest of these too.

What brands of irons should I look into? Thanks in advance!

I used to do martials arts, but it's been awhile since i stopped going. I beginning to miss it and i want to go back. I'm not afraid of embarassing myself, but I don't want to hurt myself going back. I need to get into shape and I need to know how. Please help!

I'm looking to buy a .22 rimfire for plinking as well as a handgun for self-defense (though not necessarily in the same day). I live in southern California, and as guns aren't sold in pawnshops, I want to know; would I would get a lower price going to a retail show (like Turners Outdoorsman), or going to a gun show? I'm 14 and I'm going to be starting karate soon. I'm so nervous that I'm going to look so stupid compared to the little kids who are already awesome. First of all, Im fiffteen been in brazilian jujitsu since I was 4
brown belt judo
jujitsu 11 years 2 years karate 5 years akido , I've tried to talk to a teacher there aware of the situation andthe police are to
there's only so much they can do
if they do pounce of far should i take it I confident I can handle it I'm just gonna stay away as much as i can
but I have 5 classes with them they can follow me this is a small town school not that much security
I'm afraid I'm useing my martial art for the wrong reason

how far should i go K,O or hurting them where they can't hurt me any more


if any ones wondering how I get that much traning and that I'm only 15
