Pros is Don Shula. In college, it's actually John Gagliardi, who has 451 wins at St. John's University in Minnesota.

NFL is Shula as many have stated.

NCAA its Bobby Bowden at Florida State. Joe Paterno of Penn State is a win behind him. Bowden passed JoPa a few years back and it seems like they will be destined to keep trading the lead til one of them retires.

College: I believe it's Joe Paterno.
Pro: I don't know who has the most wins, but John Madden has the highest winning percentage of any NFL coach in history.
