in a situation of a one on one fight, with your training especially, it is your duty legally to do EVERYTHING you can to avoid it. if they move or you feel that an attack is imminent, do what ever is necessary to stop them from striking, whether that is a knock out , or simply restraining them. i would suggest doing your best to break minimal bones, or none at all.
rules change however if there are more than one at once. do waht ever you need to to end each conflict as quickly as possible. if this means throat strikes, groin kicks, breaking ribs arms, what ever do it. you can justify it. if you need to hospitalize someone to end it quickly you can legally justify it.
Rule of thumb is to only use enough force that they are un able, or un willing to continue any assault. then stop or esle the law will regard you as an agressor.

What does your dad say you should do?Street smarts can surprise you when ever they are more than one you should be careful no matter what your training is.Over convince is what makes us wreak our cars , motor cycles, skate boards, ete.I am a older woman who has had to live hard and I have found that if you take the one with the big mouth the rest will back down.Take the one with the big month and next watch the one that is the quietest. These are the two that bears watching. The big mouth one will do the talking and the quit one will do the fighting.

There is only one thing worse than getting into a fight and getting into trouble and that is losing the fight along with it. You sound like a decent sort of person and have taken the proper steps to try to prevent it and even though you should try to avoid it to some extent tomorrow if you have to fight-then fight to win and protect yourself. If you have that much training then you know what is an acceptable level or technique to use and what is not given the situation so protect yourself accordingly.

Well you will get suspended for fighting, and martial arts is not magic. If several guys are going to attack you the best advice is to run. I guess since they are in your class you will have no other option but fight them everyday. I had this growing up and hated having to go to school again and face the same non sense. It makes it hard to learn, but focus on your studies and ask to sit in the front away from the others.

doing jujitsu has nothing to do with kicking some1's ***. ive done karate and boxing and ill telll u a boxer can kick a jujitsu or karates guys *** anyday. Eveything i learned in boxing is much more efficient then that. its not gonna be a bruce lee movie man, dont expect them to fall into place and get k'oed. many kids that take what youre taking really havent been a real fight and will find out sonner or laterif they do fight that jujitsu thing is a bunch of crap realistically. its great for discipline and finding your morals and inner strenght. but so is meditating. Karate made me a better person with discipline and morals but boxing made me a fighter.

Be calm; if it does come to fight, the basic principals I learned are use moves you truly have confidence in; I study kenpo, which is mainly focus on self defense; If they come in too close to punch or kick, use your elbows or knees; also, open hand strikes(not a fist) are less likely to injure your hand. You seem to have good training; believe in yourself, be calm and confident. Also, if they're truly bullies, taking out the leader usually stops them. But fight only if you have too. You did the right thing alerting the police.

Well, just don't use any more force than they try using on you. For some of them, you might have to KO them...for another, all it might take is breakin his nose (especially if he doesn't like the sight of blood)...for another, it might just take knocking him down on his a**.
And make sure you don't let them surround you...at least keep a tree or wall or somethin behind you so that you can't get attacked from behind
