Not RB. You'd get hit hard. You should try CB (short people are usually fast and good deflectors). Maybe TE. If your doing WR, the taller CB will usually INT the balls (unless your extremely fast).

First I want to let you know I am a recent college graduate. I played offensive line I was a 4 year starter on full scholarship I played as a redshirt freshman weighing 235lbs. @ Offensive Tackle..P.S My senior season I weighed 285.On that note you have to ignore some of these negative replies you got in here...Any how don't get discouraged...some coaches like a short stocky nose gaurd to plug the middle...Its early you still have time to put on some weight...I'm not sure what year you are so I will say you are going to grow if you like a sophmore or freshman...If your a real skinny kid I'd say WR...I'm not going to knock you and tell you what positions you Can't play, because I was told I couldn't play Offensive line because I was too small lol...You may be able to play Db because those are usually where the smallest players tend to be...anyhow hope this helps more info can be found at my source.

What year are you ? And what part of the country you from

if you are from the south it's not in your genes to strap on the pads if your not 5'10 160 or better .

5'3 freshman - quarterback

5'3 sophmore - put on 30 lbs -fullback

5'3 junior - unless your fast your not going to see the field

5'3 senior -same answer as junior

Kicker or punter if you can kick it dont matter what size you are but 5'3" 130 pounds is pretty small so i would say your best shot is a kicker

Assuming that you are quick, cornerback is probably your best option. You can also return kickoffs and punts.

But most important, do not let your size stop you from playing whatever position you want.

from experience, if your stocky try FB, decent speed can give a hit, LB or DE. or Try Cb if your fast. Got an arm? try qb. Your not very limited just do what you love and have will.

Corner Back. If your quick thats a great position for you, and corner backs are usually small, my 5'2'' friend is a great corner back, starts 1st string. Try it out.
