I do mountain bike. There was a race that i joined i prepared for 6 weeks, doing 70 kms a day 4 times a week, i got one day rest. but when i rode the race, a lot of riders easily overtook me. im 5 11" 80 kls.

I would say mine is my autographed baseball from the 1976 NY Yankee team. It is original and it is authentic. I got it at a game in 1976 Red Sox vs Yankees, of course Yankees won (in the bottom of the 10th inning with 2 men out Reggie Jackson hit a home run to win the game) great memory of a great game and it has autographs of such greats as Reggie Jackson, Billy Martin, Thurman Munson, Catfish Hunter just to name a few.

Here is what I think, Collingwood over West Coast, no Judd and no Cousins. I wish the rest of the WCE list had enough to get over. It looks like the Maggies will be able to overcome their lack of experience out of Melbourne and win this game. Good luck to Woosha, bad luck to Mick (he left Perth for Collingwood, that should make him deserve to lose Friday night).

Hawthorn over North Melbourne, three reasons. (1) Buddy Franklin. (2) North hasn't recovered from the beating last week. (3) Corey Jones out, Brent Harvey can only kick five goals, maybe and that won't be enough to get the Kangas over. Tell me I am wrong or right, other opinions welcome. Thanks for the answers.

The yankees go to Fenway Park for the last time during the regular season this year . I cant wait for the games exciting as always.

The pitching matchups

Pettitte v.s dice-k - Andy Pettite is a competator always pitches in crucial games and Dice- k has 2-1 record v.s the yakees this year era over 6.00 but he have a comeback start so good game won

Wang v.s Beckett- Last time wang ptiched against the red sox he ptiched amazing almost 7 inings of no hit baseball but has not have goo numbers against the red sox , Beckett hes hard always he been good this year

i Woner he will get there record to 19-6 ???

last but not least

Clemens v.s Schilling- Roger is coming off an injury so we will have to wait and see and schilling has been up and down but always hard v.s the yankees


Last question do you think they will hit some because what happend in new york with Joba Chamberlain i think they will .Ithink they maybe will hit Jeter or Rodriguez

First off, I'm glad TNA is getting a two hour time slot. Now maybe they don't need to rush things and cram everything up. Also, if TNA improves A LOT maybe the WWE will get it's act together, as well. Now ideas to help TNA improve with the 2 hours:

1. Push the homegrown talent (Samoa Joe, Motor City Machineguns, LAX, A.J. Styles, etc.) This is the most important.
2. Get rid of VKM, there useless.
3. Produce longer and better wrestling matches, you know "TNA WE ARE WRESTLING"
4. Give the X Division it's prestige back, start pushing the X Division because it's different and unique.
5. Get a Women's divison, hire some talent from the SHIMMER promotion, maybe.
6. Now that it has 2 hours, no more rushing money-making storylines and cramming material.
7. Turn TNA into a serious wrestling promotion, make it truely a alternative to the WWE. More Wrestling, Less Drama.

so i swim freestyle 25 yards and then i do a flip turn a lot of times i chhoke and i can't do it right. after the unsuccessfful turn i push off te wall and i can't catch my breath. wha shoudl i do. should i take a giant breath before the turn? thaks you.
