I agree with all the points you made.
I think TNA should also have 4 to 6 PPVs' per year. Having monthly PPVs waters down your product. Either TNA Impact will be watered down to make the PPVs look better or PPVs will be an expensive (extra) TNA Impact once a month that people might pay to see. Either of these options is bad for a company working on their portfolio.
Cycle Main Eventers!!! With 5 or 6 main eventers in your promotion, those feuds will become redundant when you recycle the storylines among the same 5 or 6 people competing in a certain division. Use the titles to establish the top stars AND to bring new stars into the main event scene.

The women's division would be fine if it was real wrestlers like Molly Holly. I think your right on point with other things but keeping the veteran mix in there is good as well to keep things growing. Sting has helped a lot with the guys there and others have too. Russo kills most of the good stuff I have never liked his writing how he is still working I have no idea. Their home grown talent should be th emajor focus though with help from the veterans now that they have a two hour slot and more room to make plotlines

I like some of your ideas. I do not want to see fifteen minute matches, though. When you get into those types of matches, it is hard to keep the crowd's attention and also eventually a match or matches will be interrupted by commercials. If you get an interruption, then that person might not come back if all you have to offer is a headlock -fest.
I say they need to involve more angles. Right now on their weekly show they usually feature about 3-4 feuds each week, with the main event of the next PPV being the only recurring angle. With a two hour program, they could showcase each angle each week, thus making it more involved and telling the story better.
The absolute one thing I thin they need to reflect on is their use of gimmick matches. Gimmick matches are fine when a feud is being extended in to its second or third PPV. THe very first match should almost always be a one-on-one match between the two, especially if they have never squared off before. Then after that you almost have to have a gimmick match to give the feud more heat. But when one is used, they need to make sure that the gimmick does two things, make sense, and come off on television. I like seeing new and innovative things on television, but if it looks like garbage, then I don't want to see it. If something looks fabulous in the arena, that's great, but don't forget that a majority of the money is coming from the at-home buyers of the PPV. Angles, matches, and storylines should be booked and played out with the viewer in mind.
As for the talent, I say they have the best young talent right now. Their guys are not rushed or over-exposed. The WWE is in such a rush to get better that they are rushing their talent up form developmental promotions hoping that someone will be the next Rock or Austin. With TNA, I see the exact opposite. I see them rushing to get the guys that have been around for a while and letting their young talent sit by and waste away. Take AJ Styles for example. He is a guy that was a TNA World Champion and had feuded with the best of them. Then when they went to TNA, they bumped him down to the X-division and have him portrayed as a some stupid whiny kid that needs to follow Christian around for guidance. That was a waste. Why did they spend so much time grooming him to be a manin eventer, then knock him back down? They are doing the same thing with Joe (although I think this is more acceptable because Joe is not very athletic or photogenic). They need to let these guys interact, develop their characters and see where it takes them.
Also, they have got to get out of that shed they are in. The studio is fine if they are going to do a small weekly television show like they have now. If they want to be taken seriously, though, they are going to have to get out on the road and not just at PPV. THe old excuse was that they were building a fan base. I bought that because at the time the WWE was still dominant, but it has been over five years. If they don't have the fan base now, then they are not doing anything right. They need to let fans in the northeast know that there is an alternative. They need to have the fans on the west coast meet their talent to try and connect with them. It will also come off a lot better on television.
As for the women, if they are going to do it, do it right. The WWE doesn't have a women's champion, they have a go-go champion. No one takes these women seriously. They can't wrestle, dance, sing, act, or cut a promo. The angles are lame and I can only watch the same women take off their clothes so many times before I realize that nothing good will come of it. Don't do the silly bra & panties matcheswhere eventually all the girls get stripped down or the pillow fights where you know they will eventually wind up on the annoucers lap or sprawled out on a bed in feathers. Do serious angles that don't involve men, hair, lipstick, or something trivial. Speaking of hair, no pulling. That is the first sign of no talent, women's matches.
Also, I like the drama. I like the storylines. The whole notion that two guys would simply beat on each other to see who is the "#1 contender" knowing full well it is scripted anyway is pointless. I need to have a reason why they would want to go after each other. Wrestling is entertainment, not a sport. Like all t other entertaining shows on television, I need to have a story line to follow. It gives each character and feud a legitimate purpose. I don't like the over-the-top stories, they need to keep it believeable, but give me something that makes sense and can deliver a pay off.

tna is making a mistake by not pushing samoa joe. He is awesome talent and he will go to wwe if hes not pushed right. (thats what i believe). They need to use their own talent instead of always pushing wwe knockoffs. Aj styles, daniels, joe, abyss and lax should be more in the main event matches. Sting is probably leaving soon and he has a title match at bound 4 glory. Angle is way over used. They just brought in rikishi and whats he going to do in tna? Matt Morgan is just a big bodyguard and now they have him as an enforcer for joe and cage's match. thanks

Good, sensible suggestions but unless the team of Russo,Mantel,Jarrett go,then nothing will really change.
The x division matches should be toned down a little with more psychology/selling.
TNA should release Shark Boy,VKM,Black Reign.
TNA should sign Mistico,RVD,Sabu.
Dont renew Stings $500,000 contract (he has not drawn money for TNA)
Intelligent, well written, realistic storylines (not rubbish like Abyss's mom!)
Push Hoyt,Shelley,Storm,Harris,Roode into the main event.
Distinctive entrance music by known artists.
Less trashy gimmick matches.

WWE didn't suck all that bad when Smackdown and Raw actually competed against eachother, instead now they are like separate organizations that share the exact same pay check.. so why not make them actually compete that might actually make it slightly better, but basically WWE has gone Hollywood on us so its time to put it back in its Bad Blood era.. I'm thrilled to here this news about Bischov and Hogan, this could be awesome. Or it could be horrible..

I agree 100% with CorpseGrinder (ROH)'s ideas to help TNA improve with a two hour television program on Spike TV. The only thing I would add on to that list, is a legitimate drug testing program, and signing wrestling talent from the indys, and other wrestling organizations and leagues, NOT former veteran wrestlers, and jobbers(Scott Hall, Sean Waltman, Val Venis, Viscera, etc....)

Maybe they can sign avaible wrestlers like RVD or Sabu. Possibly Booker T or Ric since they quit the wwe.
