Big Van Vader - The 2nd greatest aerial big man, but the best big man all around in history. Hogan screwed his character.
Bruiser Brody - Rough, tough, and in your face.
Jos Le Duc - The true axe man. Maybe the toughest guy I have never seen. He might be able to whoop Meng.
Kerry Von Erich - Although a drug head, he wrestled with one foot and that is very respectable. Tornado Punch and the Claw.
Magnum T.A. - Some say he would have been better than Bret Hitman Hart. Unfortunatley he had his wreck.
Nikita Koloff - The only clothesline better and stiffer than JBL's. One tough son of a (yeah you know what word to insert.)
Jushin Thunder Liger - Great cruserweight and innovator of so many moves. Will go down as one of the 2 best cruserweights ever.
Jake The Snake Roberts - Great mic skills and in ring ability. Very undderated and not used to his full potential. Had great matches with Rick Rude though. First ever ladder match against JYD.
Junkyard Dog - Headbutt, crawl, headbutt, crawyl, headbutt...lol...In the first ladder match against Jake Roberts ever.
Dynamite Kid - Pound for pound, one of the best ever. The reason Chris Benoit got in the business. The man loved the roids and that was his biggest downfall. Now he can barely move. Sad
Great cast of characters. Star!!

Big Van Vader - saw him live against the Big Bossman. Vader may be the biggest man I've ever seen, just enormous.
Bruiser Brody - one of my all-time favorites. His hardcore matches against Abdullah The Butcher were the best (if you like that sort of thing and I do).
Jos Le Duc - didn't see him much but I remember him being a huge lumberjack.
Kerry Von Erich - used to watch him on WCCW from Texas on ESPN. The Von Erichs vs The Freebirds -- awesome feud!
Magnum T.A. - would've been world champ if not for the car wreck. He made the belly-to-belly suplex famous (it was his TV finisher). The "I Quit" match against Tully Blanchard was ahead of it's time.
Nikita Koloff - he was, like, an evil Road Warrior. His "Russian Chain" matches against Magnum T.A. were just brutal. His wife dying young...killed the Russian Nightmare. Shame.
Jushin Liger - the best cruiserweight of all time never got the exposure in the States he should have.
Jake Roberts - agreed. Mr. Ring Psychology. Invented the DDT and when HE did it the match was over.
JYD - one of the best entertainers ever and as popular as just about anybody.
The Dynamite Kid - basically, the "one that got away". I never got to see the Kid in his prime. When the WWF finally appeared on a TV channel I could get, his back was gone and he could barely stand. I remember Davey Boy Smith actually carrying the Kid piggyback to the ring for their matches--I didn't know how bad he was hurt then. I do know that he is one of the most influential wrestlers of all time, "often imitated, never duplicated".

The only one I can't honestly say I remember is Jose Le Duc.
Sad so many of these careers were cut short.
Bruiser Brody stabbed in Puerto Rico.
Kerry Von Erich suicide.
Junk Yard Dog fatal car wreck.
MAgnum TA severe car accident left him unable to wrestle.
Dynamite Kid in wheelchair from years of "bumping" in the ring.
Jake Roberts years of drugs have aged him considerably.
Big Van Vader is a legend for the agility and intensity he has for a big man and he is still active as is Jushin Thunder Lygar. Also Nikita Kolloff, now a Christian, travels with Sting and Ted Dibiase at times ministering and spreading the Gospel.

Bruiser Brody- killed by his agent in Puerto Rico...Very tough man, original hard core...some of the greatest matches are with him and Abdullah the Butcher
Jos Le Duc- Mankind of the 60's

Magnum TA- if it were not for the accident that ended his career, again had a lot of potential....
Nikita Koloff- tough but after his wife's death, changed into a psycho-case
Jushin Thunder Liger- very good wrestler who never got the right push in the us
Jake the Snake Roberts- mr alcohol himself...if it were not for his addictions, he would have been a superstar...never got the right push
Junk Yard Dog- Ultimate Jobber...nice guy who just wrestled to wrestle...Sadly killed in an auto accident
Dynamite Kid- great wrestler who was minute but packed a great wallop. He too died too young...

I am a fan of Vader, Brody, Von Erich, Liger, The Snake, J.Y.D., and the Dynamite Kid. I haven't heard much of the others, but I still give them credit.

Great talent and wrestlers. Growing up near the Dallas Sportotorium I was a huge Von Erich family fan. I usually get depressed watching WWE it has become so ridiculous I just pop in an old VHS for viewing pleasure. My mom will burn them on DVD soon so that will be great.

yes....van vader had a rep as being a bad worker, in that he
didn't care about whomever he was working with...
brody....always worth watching, too bad about the
who's/how's of his demise...
jos leduc....didn't think that much of his abilities.....
he did get a big push in the Florida territory....
von erich....disagree on this one, that discuss punch
was one of the silliest gimicks ever, and he was
totally unreliable
magnum t a ...he was in line for the world belt, most
likely would have held it for a while, and received
some of flairs push...
koloff.....never impressed me that much, a bear hug
a couple of kicks....
liger...yes, he was fun to watch
roberts....had all of the tools, good gimick, and again
was considered for world belt, he just couldn't keep
his head on straight....
dynamite kid....made a good team with his cousin
junkyard....hey he was a hoot, the ufc's jackson says
the dog was an inspiration.....

Vader, Liger, & the Dynamite Kid are the best of the bunch. Brody could have been, had it not been for his unfortunate death. Roberts too, but he just never could overcome his demons. But yeah, I've watched all of these guys, and they're all great. And someone up there said the Dynamite Kid is dead, he's still alive, just to let you know.
