when he was going after the record they were talking about him 24/7 but after he hit that hr it feels like he fell of the face of the earth.

2nd in my opoinon I think that mv did not do that bad of a thing. yes you should not have dogfight and he was wrong. but the media is taking this to an extreme. he did not molest anyone or kill somebody. other athletes (who I would not mention) did much worse than he did and people seemed not to care but with vick they are throwing this way out of proportion.

These women are almost naked when they have their games. Why? Is it just for a little T&A to attract fans? Why don't they wear shorts and t-shirts or something like that?

Do you think Joba Chamberlain should take over Mike Mussina's spot in the rotation for the remainder of the season. And I've noticed that Mussina is good for only a couple of innings then tires off and then allows so many runs. And besides, Joba was a starter before he called up. YThey just didn't want to hurt his golden arm. Umm...... Mr. Cashman, he's fine! Let him Spot start and if he does well let him stay in the rotation.

The State of NY has outlawed aluminum bats for high school players. Their reasoning to me is sound. The ball comes off the bat harder and faster. I think they should be outlawed in little league games. The funny part is you can look like a Behemoth with an Aluminum bat and a Mendoza line hitter with wood. ESPN has a story on it. read it and comment

The former West Bromwich Albion player served 3 years of a six year sentence for causing death by dangerous driving and fleeing the scene. Now he has been signed by Oldham Athletic. Should the press let the matter lie? Whatever your views on the legal system, he has served his sentence (half of it at least) and been legally released. Would you touch him with a bargepole if you were a club manager?

Not that long ago was it? Just shows how easy it is to fall behind in Cup racing. Where's Greg Biffle been hiding all year? Man, I thought he'd show up to race at least a few times in '07. At least Edwards and Kenseth are still running well.

I'll be in Chicago Sept 21, so I was thinking of catching a Cub game, but I've never been in Wrigley Field before.

What do you think of these seats?
Section 218, Row 8
Section 219, Row 8

The tickets for the first two (sections 218 and 219 both say limited view) I have a bad feeling they are going to be behind the support columns.

Which are the best seats? Or should I pass on these two tickets and look for others?

One theory was that Jordan drew so much defensive attention that his teammates got to take wide open shots and benefited from Jordan. It sounds good on paper, but wasn't true in reality. Jordan played in 1993 and retired in 1994. Nine players played on these two teams, and these 9 players, as a whole, shot a higher percentage without Jordan than they did with Jordan, even though the defenses were focusing on them. This was not a fluke. this occurred over the course of 164 games. That is enough to determine a trend.

Furthermore, this was proven again in 2001, when Jordan joined Washington. Jordan missed a lot of games due to injury, and The Sporting News commented on their surprise that the Wizards shot better in games in which Jordan did not play. This is no surprise. This is a trend.
