Actually that should read 22-49 without Jordan.

Info, that's an interesting stat. You should find out how Walton's team did in other years without him.

You're right, that is usually the affect. However, let's take a look at how Kobe's team does without him:

53-33 (.616)

1985 Bulls with Jordan - 38 - 44
1986 Bulls with Jordan - 30 - 52 Swept in the First Round!
1987 Bulls with Jordan - 40 - 42 Swept again!
2001 Wizards..................37 - 45
2002 Wizards...................37 - 45...guess he does'nt make people "Mentally strong" after all!...he had Allstars on his team and still could'nt get a winning season!....lol......
ohh!...ohh!...1993 Bulls with Jordan 57 - 25..NBA Champion!
..............1994 Bulls without Jordan 55 - 27Lose in the ECSemi finals to NY in 7 games!..on a horrible call in game 6..they should have beat the Knicks..But MJ was'nt around to get all the phantom calls!..(shaking my head!)

Actually...Don't you mean without Pippen the Bulls would'nt win?.....Michael Jordan without Pippen has a 182(wins) - 228(Losses)...waaay.way.below 500..
so let's get this straight! once and For all!..without Pippen MJ played 5 seasons..in those 5 seasons he never led his team to a 500 record....he missed the Playoffs twice!...and won only 1 playoff game in 5 years!!!

PS:If Jordan was such a great defensive player then how is it ...?
...that the Bulls "points allowed" totals were:

1993: 8,109 (the first of Jordan's "final" seasons)
1994: 7,780 (played entire year without Jordan)
1995: 7,929 (Jordan comes back for the last 17 games)

Let me get this straight... you lose supposedly the greatest defensive player ever, and your team gives up 329 FEWER points (4 pts per game)? How does that work? Then, when he comes back for the last 17 games in 95, the Bulls give up more points than they did in 94, without him?

Wouldn't it make sense for the Bulls to give up at least as many points without Jordan as they did with him??
______________________________________________

"Developing Years"......Thank Goodness Bill Russell did'nt need time to "develope"...or Larry Bird!...I'm sure glad Magic Johnson did'nt need 7 years and a watered down league to "develop"....Kobe Bryant was winning Chips at 20 - 21years old!...Magic was Finals MVP at 20 years old!

MJ did'nt need time to "Develop"....only a Queen would believe that lie!.......................yaaaawwn.....2 easy!

ummm..... Basicly when Jordan doesn't play Bulls doesn't have a good shooting guard to play his position. If Jordan doesn't exist and bulls has an ok shooting guard, like 15ppg 5apg I say their win-lose will somewhere along the line umm 50's

Well duh! No offense but c'mon, he was and still is the greatest player of all time. Without him the Bulls wouldn't make the playoffs, but without him AND Pippen/Phil Jackson the Bulls wouldn't have won 6 titles.

I doubt that anyone would contradict you on this one. That's usually the effect of the star on their team.
