Not that long ago was it? Just shows how easy it is to fall behind in Cup racing. Where's Greg Biffle been hiding all year? Man, I thought he'd show up to race at least a few times in '07. At least Edwards and Kenseth are still running well.

Ah yes, the "old days" of 2005.

Roush shouldn't have slacked so much on his CoT testing.

Yep, I remember WAYYYY back in 2005 they had all 5 drivers in the chase (out of 10) and ended up with 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions. Greg has been down on his luck the past 2 years. After being tied for 2nd in 2005 he has had some horrible luck. Last year he led laps and always seemed to have good cars but either wrecked or blew an engine. I thought for sure he would be back in the mix this year. He just plain hasn't had that good of equipment this year and they seem to be missing the setup more times than not. I don't really know how the 99 and 17 can be so competitive and the 26 and 16 aren't? Jack admitted he missed the boat on testing the COT earlier this year but it appears they are back on the right track now. I don't think you'll see them fall behind like that again, especially after they had to work so hard just to get caught back up.

They have been on sabatical I think with the COT. The gap seems to be shrinking between the manufacturers. RCR shure jumped out there didnt they.

Jeff G. is probably the best indicator on the competative equality.

I think the big three will be on a level playing ground just in time for the chase, Its going to be furious and the chebby boys are going to be sucking a lot of FORD fumes I'm afraid. LOL

99,1, 16 here they come
token 6 just aint the same without Mark

I am not a fan of the Cat In The Hat, but we are far from having a funeral for Roush Racing. One Driver is already locked into the Chase and another is quickly about to join in. They are still a threat and will be in 08.

Hendricks, RCR, JGR, and Roush are still the most powerful and dominate Teams in NASCAR and will be for sometime to come.

They had 4 or 5 guys in the chase in 2005. Sometimes luck has a lot to do with racing.

I miss the days that Roush was just a 2 car team.
