This is based on a question asked to me recently.

So, we all know that the people who get chosen in the first round are 'supposed' to be franchise type players. However, this isn't always the case. Conversely, players drafted near the end of the draft are supposed to be long shots at best, but some go on to have long good careers (Dave Taylor anyone?).

Who do you think was the best 'diamond' in the rough
1) Cannot be drafted in the first 100 of the draft
2) Cannot be a Czech/Russian player drafted pre-1990 as these were crapshoots by teams in case the player EVER became available.

My best 'diamond' in the rough was Darryl Sutter, 179th overall, and he's had quite an impact in the league since.

His last starts have been great, But the M's are in the playoff race and their pitching isn't the greatest. His last starts have been probably better then their rotation too. Will he help them the rest of the season to get to the playoffs?

This Friday Teddy Long will make a match for next week MVP/Matt Hardy vs Deuce and Domino for the tag titles (if you've read spoilers, you know how it happens)
and then during the 1-1 basketball challenge between Hardy and MVP, D&D attack MVP and Hardy.

I get

Marc Bulger (538.50) + Travis Henry (321.50)

(With our points system, players get a lot of points, the parenthesis are the points they had last year)

I don't think I should. Henry will be better I know, but I dond't know what to think of Jones-Drew. I also dont know how much better Bulger is than Hasselbeck (if he is at all)

how do you think he will fair this season? he got 16ppg in his sophmore year and he increased it to 21ppg last year. even though the bulls dont consider him their best player cuz he doesnt play good defense, he is good, and very underrated.

I have been playing basketball for about 3 years already. My defense is very good. Its hard to shoot or get past me. I am very quick, and have good ball handle. I am realy good at layups also, but shooting over people i cant, sometimes I cant even shoot when no ones guarding me.
The thing is that i move too quick, and when i slow down to shoot i mess up, and air ball or miss

Did they find out any more refs were involved in the scandal? I dont know if this is true or not, but i heard through a friend that there was something like 20 refs found to be involved. That sounds like the end of the NBA to me! whats going on people?
