hungry and angry are the only 2 words in the english language that end in gry. Sorry. I will not fall for the riddle. No other common word fits the bill. Is what you are looking for though the word give?

Hungry and angry are the only commonly used words that end with -gry.
At the time this riddle first came around, people still used meagry and aggry, but those are now antiquated.
