This a no-brainer, pick jacobs, your extremely lucky that he is still on the board in the 4th round of a 12 team draft. He is probably one of the last starting RBs left (that is on a decent team), and picking by picking jacobs here you have getting a lot more value than rivers. Rivers will still be there in round 5 and probably round 6 too, also there are probably a bunch of QBs on the board that are similar to rivers (Young,Kitna,etc), while the same probably can't be said about jacobs.

Draft Jacobs, you can draft QB's between 5th or 6th round. You should draft at least 2 good RB the first 2 rounds and draft WR's for the 3rd and 4th rounds. Hope this helps.

Jacobs...You need another stud RB to contend. You can still get a QB with your 5th or 6th pick. Look for Kitna later.

Rivers....sneak in a QB and do some research to find an overlooked RB, and there are always a few.

Actually, I don't like none of them. But I would go runningback, just not Jacobs. But if you like him, I'll take Jacobs.
