why do people say that vick pulled the race card?when did his lawyers mention anything about race?

i think this term is so over used that people dont even know what it means anymore.

Ok I was talking to a buddy this morning and this guy came up and neither of us could remember his name. It's gonna bug me all day now unless someone can help me.

He was a reliever for the Cubs a few years ago. I think he pitched for the Marlins before that. He's best known for having 6 fingers on each hand. I can see his face but can't put a name with it.......

I bought a very nice, original, Mauser 98k with all the "world war two" marks still on it. I bought it to own a piece of history. I have cleaned and kept it very well and it shoots very nice. Every couple years I do go deer hunting in Wisconsin and then need the use of a rifle. I would like to put a scope on my Masuer without drilling, filing or otherwise damaging it. I want to keep it in original condition but I want to be able to hunt with it from time to time. I found a couple scope mounts that attach to the rear sights, do these work well? Other options? Please help! Personal expierence a PLUS!

I want to learn how to play golf. I'm middleaged. I picked up a club for the first time and started to hit some simulated golf balls (wiffle balls). I had about 20% success of hitting a good shot. The other 80% of the shots I either completely missed the ball , hit the top of the ball (roll) or hit the ground. I never had a lesson.

Maybe my swing is wrong.

Do you think if I had some lessons that I can actually play?
Did anybody else struggle the first timed they tried golf?
If I can hit in the 90's I would be happy.
