Whenever I jog and drink anything (including water) before or during my jog, my stomach starts hurting. Is there anything I can do so that it doesn't hurt?

ok, I bought these 2 or 3 weeks ago and I had a friend that was going to take us both but she has something going on during that week, the shows at the end of this month by the way, and I really want to go but a bus ticket up there costs close to $200 and I don't have that kind of money on hand right now, should I just sell the tickets and go another time when I have the money or find another way to get there before its too late? if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated, and be serious about this, I need to think of something soon and I spent a lot of money on these tickets, thanks

I have a beretta model 92f 9mm and was wondering if anyone knows about how many rounds should be put through the barrel berfore one should replace it, Would it be in the 1,000's or 10,000's....or something more ? I do alot of target shooting with freinds, kinda little freindly competition, And just would like my firearm working at its best. In general if anyone knows what is the general feeling among people who know guns in general is the beretta a decent gun ?

I my self say that is more than 1/2 the season that is effected! How can you consider that as being a small percentage? If NASCAR feels the need to run Saturday night races they should consider running them In March & Early April- then again in October... The local tracks some of them don't start until April and are finished by the end of September.
And how to the answer that yes NASCAR cares because many local track have weekly nascar sanctioned races... How does that prove they care? I am still trying to figure out what these tracks get from NASCAR by running there series? All I see is the tracks charging twice the amount of money and paying the least amount.

i just purchased a road bike with a set of shimano cranks. anyway the hole where the pedal meets the crank became wallered out and now i think i need new cranks. about how much do a cheap set of shimano cranks run.(entry level cranks) i want cheaper ones bacause i will most likely get a new bike in 6 or so months. I would like a rough total with install.
