so i can kick a little more higher. i know you really shouldnt kick high unless you are going for a K.O. but i just want to be able to

best stretch is sitting down spreading legs as far as possible then pull down keep doing so in a rocking motion till legs can do the chinese splits wellll splits side to side not back and front. anywayz this will allow you to kick higher because you are more flexible. also try doing the splits both ways until you can reach the floor. then stretch by kicking as high as you can back and front, and putting your foot as high up on the wall as possible and put head to knee.

You know what works really well is a stand up leg stretcher....i got one of these a while back and they work great... all it is, is a pully you hang from the ceiling and a 16 foot rope with a lil harness you put your foot in... all you pull on the rope it streches your legs and helps you with balance i used it everyday for about a month and then i could do the splits and my high kicks were well over my head.

I kick high, but I don't go for KO's O_o. Sit down and spread your legs as far appart as you can, then put your elbows down in front of you. Lean to the right until your muscles feel looser, then lean to the left, do the same, then back to the middle. As it gets easier to lean to the middle, go further out.

the best way to stretch your legs out is by doing sideways splits or if u got the cash buying a macine in which you tourn a knob and your legs are pushed away from each other and tht mixed with hard leg training will give you tht ko

a very easy method is a right angle stretch used by sumo wrestlers ur stretch ur legs to make a perfect right angle whilke sitting and hold it for a min or two
