Can a man on any base advance, or just some bases? What are the rules?

So if this occurs with 2 outs already, the man on third base cannot score?

Yes, from any base.

It's only called a sac fly if a runner scores.

Yes, In the event of a pop fly the runner on lets say second base would have to "Tag Up" in irder to advance to third base. Tagging Up means you have to go back to the base, and stay on it until the ball has been caught. Once the outfielder or whoever has caught the ball catches it, you can try to advance. If you dont tag up and run before the ball has been caught, the guy who ends up catching the ball, can throw it to first where you started and get a double play. If there is two outs and the ball is caught fot the third out, the runner CAN'T score because it is the 3rd out.

If there is 0 or 1 outs, the runner must have had a foot on the base while the catch is being made, or must go back and touch the base before advancing. Of course he can just go, but if the other team throws it to that base, it is a force out and the runner is out. With 2 outs, it doesnt matter. Runners run anyways because if its caught, the inning is over no matter what, so the runners just run on contact.

Any man on any base can advance on a caught pop fly but only after the fielder has caught the ball. They can be thrown out while trying to advance, for example,

there is a runner on 2nd base and a pop fly to right field is caught and that runner stays on 2nd until the ball is caught (this is called tagging up) and runs to 3rd base when it is caught. Then the right fielder throws the ball the 3rd and if the 3rd baseman tags him before he gets to the base then he's out, if not then the runner is safe.

Yes you need to "tag up" meaning you must be touching the base when the defensive player first touches the ball. Note the player hasn't had to have made the catch yet just had touched the ball. Last night against the angels this happened outfielder bobbled it but still made the play, runner left as soon as he touched it and was safe. If you leave base early the defensive team can tag you're original base and you will be out.

Yes they can the rules are that they can steal the base after the ball has been caught. Therfore if the player already left his base trying to steal the other one he must return back and then steal the base. If he doesnt return in time he can be called out if the player who caught the ball throws it to whichever base he was supposed to be at

They can tag and try to get to the next base, but it only works if there's less than 2 outs.
