I have an idea and laugh all you want what if i was to make a yahoo club to try to get some rules changed would yall join if i get 20 yeses i will make it and give yall the yahoo group name

any rules that the members of the group wanted to be changed i think we would have to be small ones at first they will eventually get tired of us pesturing them i would think

Sounds good, but NASCAR has a purpose they aren't sharing with the general public. They would not listen.
Having been a NASCAR fan for 20+ years I have seen the changes come, I can't remember NASCAR ever going back on something.
They are attempting to make the sport more "user" friendly and in so doing are taking away what IMHO made NASCAR the best.
I remember when "rubbin' " was "racin' ". I remember watching drivers climb out of their cars and beat the dog out of each other. I remember seeing the king win backwards.
The rule changes have calmed the sport down. What motivates them to calm it down I don't know, but i suspect the bottom line is money.

I would like to hear what it is that is such a bee in your bonnet that you cant get heard by the existing NASCAR officials.
tell you what. go put your head in the corner yell out your problem and you'll get about the same results.
I just dont think it would be worth the effort unless you went to the races and got petitions signed supporting your issue (s)
