Okay so I'm going into middle school and this year I'm doing pop warner cheer. I REALLY want to be a flyer but I know I won't be. I've been to a cheer clinic and I was a base and I take tumbling/cheer and sometimes we do stunting-I'm always a base. But flying sound sooo fun!!! I really wanna do it. People say you have to be short and skinny but that's sooo not true...my cousin is super tall and she's average for her height and she's a flyer. But then my step sister Lexi is really short and average weight and she's a flyer too!

HELP!

I really wanna be a flyer so any info on how to be one really helps!

His reaction was so disrespectful, it was nothing a Commissioner should have done. Then he makes that "Lame" statement afterwards about people are innocent until proven guilty. What does that have to do with the record. He spoke with Tom Glavine after he reached 300 wins last night, but has yet to talk to Bonds!

Just ordered a front shimano XT disk with 180mm rotor. Has anyone used one and if so what did you think?

I have an old Kona stuff (2002) which means it came with V brakes and Marazocchi MXR forks. It has the same frame as the current Kona jump bikes (Kona Clump). I'm also looking to upgrade the forks in the near future. Any recommendations?

He doesn't actually go that often, but he's obsessed. I don't surf and would have problems due to a knee injury, so I can't really join in. I'm worried that the only holiday that we'll ever have that doesn't involve surfing will be our honeymoon if we get married!

I love the sea, but it's no fun swimming where there are surfers and I wouldn't feel safe around surfers with my little girl. I'm also not a big fan of sitting around on the beach all day, but what else am I supposed to do while he's surfing?

As far as self-defense, which is the best type of Martial Art to learn? Tae Kwon DO, Karate or Kung Fu? (I'm only asking about these because they are the only ones available in my town). Thanks!

And not for sport fighting or trophies? I'm not talking about MMA, because its mostly a sport that has self defense applications. Instead of the reverse.

I hear a couple people regard martial arts as only a sport. Is this the new frame of mind the younger martial artists are taking?

Or is my thinking just backwards in that martial arts is supposed to be mainly for self defense and not sport?

Not so much a question here....I just wanted to say thank you to all the Cubs fans. You guys in Chicago are so full of class and great baseball fans for applauding Tom Glavine as he left the field in search of win #300 last night.

The Cubs fans are clearly the class of the league, you guys are great.
