Where is a good place to stay in Saratoga Springs? Do any of the hotels offer shuttles to/from the track?

Why can't the rangers realize that if you want to win, you need pitching! Spend some money on free agent pitchers instead of batters, now they have neither and their G.M. just got a conttract extension? I know that there are going to be fans out there that will just simply say "The Rangers suck " o.k., fine but as a fan of baseball in general, regardless of whom you are a fan of why aren't the fans listened to more as we are the ones who make these teams possible?

Hey you, yea you, please be honest. The truth will set you free. I'm going to ask you a question and I want an honest answer. I don't care what you would like me to believe or what would sound good... I want you to tell me the truth. Did you have anything to do with what happened in Atlanta with Chris Benoit and his family? Did you call him up and tell him anything at all? Did you talk with anyone over the internet that said his name was Benoit and give him any ideas? Did you send Chris Benoit any letter that gave him any ideas in the WWE or to his address? Have u been hiding out in the attic of his house and framed him? All I can say is I hope it comes back to haunt you. Carma! CARMA!!!

No one seems to consider that if Kobe goes to the Bulls, he'd have to play for Scott Skiles. Can anyone seriously imagine that being a good fit? Wouldn't that be the most vicious battle of wills you've ever seen?

On Kobe's website it says, "the ONE THING I will never sacrifice when it comes to basketball is WINNING."

If that's true, why would he want to play for the Knicks? The team hasn't made the playoffs in years. They're hamstrung by way too many long term, expensive contracts. And they lost more games than the Lakers while playing in a weaker conference. If he actually went there, he would be taking a huge step back basketball wise.

If Kobe's really serious about winning, why wouldn't he just ask for a trade to the Spurs or Mavericks?

I decided to stay in my school and keep studying the Steal Generation MMA System, with our Shidoshi John Threadstone. Anvil training is tough but Shidoshi says that I am doing good now. I made it passed horseshoe training and the next few months are going to be harder for me.

I have to get toughened up, so the instructors spend the first and last 10 minutes of the class taking turns punching me in the core and smacking me across the back with wooden planks. I also have to punch a concrete wall 25 times a night to strengthen my hands. Sometimes they use the nail gun to get me used to impaling weapons. I think the worse part is doing 100 pushups afterwards. It hurts a lot, but they say that by the time I finish my black belt that I will be able to drive nails into a board with my bare hands like that guy in the in the movie Fists of Fury.

How long does this take? Can anyone tell me what to expect next? How long until it stops hurting so much? Is it normal to bleed so much?

Is Griffey still worth trading for if you are a title contender? Is he washed up? He has roven he can still swing the bat, but his injuries are the issue with him now? i don't think he will last the entire season in Cincy. Either himself or Dunn will go. This is a very very good team offensvly, but the pitching is horrible. I would like to see the guy make it to atleast one World series. Plus he might have to come to the AL soon to dh.

Would u still be upset with Benoit if this is what happened. His wife was very mad at him for using steroids and getting angry and hitting on him and Chris Benoit had a tussle with his wife and accidentally killed her. He cries and cries and locks their bedroom door and keeps it away from his child. He can't bear for his child to know he was a murderer and so killed him the next day, cried all weekend, and then put bibles near them to show them he loved them (bible doesn't show that btw but u get the idea) and then hung himself. Would u still consider him a murderer and be upset with him? I mean, even if he did kill his family, don't we all have to know the way it happened in order to really be upset with him
