Please include readings for the following chemistry:
Total chlorine
Free chlorine
Combined chlorine
pH
Alkalinity
Hardness
Cyanuric acid
Total dissolved solids
Metals (arbitrary reading with the Frog)
Phosphates

You are going to have to maintain your pH and alkalinity a little higher than normal and your calcium hardness a little lower. Your chlorine levels can be lower than normal with the Frog but you will still need to maintain some chlorine in the pool for sanitation as the Frog will not remove the organic compounds left behind from its function.

I honestly would recommend getting rid of the Frog system as ionizers continually put metals into the water that can cause problems later down the road, but I am not going to tell you to do so. We can get you on a proper schedule with the right levels but a little more care needs to be taken with an ionization unit installed.
