im currently starting to train for a triathlon and i dont have the money to by a road bike at the minute,i already have a mountain bike with full suspension and i was wondering of the cheapest way to convert it for use in a triathlon ie tri bars etc..The bike is a cbr 700c

I am looking to see if anyone knows if there is a product that you can wear on your back for hiking in the back country that will hold your lever action rifle and provide easy access? The best analogies I can come up with would be a "scabbard you can wear on your back, or a back-mounted arrow quiver". Leather or any other material.

Hey guys, I recently joined martial arts, still working on testing for my first belt. I avoid classes when we spar like the plaque! It's not so much that I am afraid of being hit (we use protective padding and everything), but I just feel like I don't know enough in technique and actually sparring to be effective. Not only that but usually the sparring partners are much higher in rank! Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

My wife’s flat bar road bike was stocked with a hybrid tire – minimal tread, 80 PSI. I’m thinking about getting her more “road tires.” Still a bit wide, but 110 PSI and smooth.

Will the additional 30 PSI and lack of tread make a difference? More effecient on the road?

I coach a varsity soccer team in a very poor and small school in a division that has much more money to put into their programs. Also we are one of the few schools to play both soccer and football in the fall, meaning most of the better athletes gravitate towards the football team. This has lead us go without a win for the past 6 years. I took over the team last year and we did improve but still went winless. The guys seemed to lose most of their drive late in the season understandably. How can I keep my players motivated when the wins won't seem to come for us?

At one time the RED WINGS were the most popular selling TEAM out there.(Jerseys,memorabilia,flags etc...) were everywhere.I went to a Game in Dallas and there were more RED WING jerseys there than Stars. Now all I hear is negative talk about them.With the salary caps no one can say we bought a CUP.The TEAM has earned whatever trophies they get and this year I hope the STANLEY CUP is theirs.What do you think?

Why do a lot of people say that Pronger is just a big goon and a horrible player who only knows how to throw his weight around, but now that he's suspended for a game, some of those same people are saying that the Ducks don't have a chance without him?

I'm an old school NASCAR fan. Tim Richmond was my favorite driver (and a personal family friend - so please keep the comments positive). The movie Days of Thunder was based on Tim Richmond and moreoverly, his crew chief Harry Hyde (played as Harry Hogg by Robert Duvall) and the Quaid brother played Rick Hendricks. I know a lot of things that happened in the movie happened in real life, but how many can you add to my list?

1. Tim showed up to Ponoco to test drive on his Harley
2. Tim and Harry fought a lot because Tim didn't know technical terms
3. Thanks to friends at HMS, I've learned that the state trooper pull over really did happen on the way home from Michigan
4. Tim was part of the first two car Hendricks team
5. Tim did race Indy cars and did have the tire problem that Harry worked with him on
6. The pass on the outside to win
7. The ice cream incident
8. Engaged to a doctor before he died

OK, How many more scenes were real that you can share?
