Deep tissue massage is best. Cheap and effective is the Hot Tub.

Remember to stretch before and after you run. Sports drink like Gatorade within 30 minutes post exercise is also very helpful in reducing muscle soreness.

Keep'em up.

For fatiqued muscles try 1 minute in a cold shower (cold as possible) put it up to hot for a minute, then cold for 1 min, then hot for 1 min, quite good for fatiqued muscles, and helps if you do it after every run.

One of the best, and certainly cheapest, sports recovery drinks is chocolate milk, I drink a pint after every run, and it helps recover quickly I find.

After a run spend a few minutes stretching out every muscle, but obviously if your having problems with your quads then spend extra time there. Some people swear by sports massages, I find them relaxing but don't feel they help my muscles massively, but each to his own.

Be careful stretching before that you don't overdo it, cold muscles don't stretch very well, making over exagerated moves when walking around will stretch your muscles out enough before. But good proper static stretches after your run certainly.
